Field Operations Service

$230 per hour

Billed in hourly increments

On-site support for users, servers, network infrastructure, security systems, endpoint remediation, VoIP systems, and project execution.

Remote Operations Service

$180 per hour

Billed in 15-minute increments

Secure remote support for users, servers, endpoints, network equipment, cloud environments, patching, monitoring response, and configuration assistance.

Active managed services clients receive:


50% Discount on Standard Labor Rates

  • Discount applies to standard labor rates

  • Some remote support may already be included under your service agreement

  • Work included under an active service agreement may incur no additional charge
