$230 per hour

On-site operational support for users, servers, network infrastructure, security systems, endpoint remediation, VoIP systems, and project-based implementation services.

Includes security-focused deployment, validation, and remediation practices.

Billed in hourly increments

Remote Operations Service

$180 per hour

Secure remote support for users, servers, endpoints, network infrastructure, and cloud environments, including patch management, monitoring response, incident remediation, and configuration management.

All remote access is secured, logged, and audited in accordance with security best practices.

Billed in 15-minute increments
