Culligan Technology LLC has been redesigning our services with a focus on security first for customers, and with this strategy, we have overhauled our MSSP services for enterprise, small business, and home customers. Customers will be notified of the changes before the end of July, along with their options going forward.
This move is to consolidate our offerings and services and limit our a la carte options in an attempt to move away from the break/fix model. Our customers deserve the best services we can offer, and as our team has excelled in the eight years of service to our 100+ customers, as we look into the future enhancing their security and trust in us.
Some of these changes will pertain to our pricing and the structure of our services. By limiting our service plans and a la carte options, we can better manage our team and efficiently allocate resources. This streamlined approach allows us to provide consistent coverage without the need for extensive training on a wide range of offerings.

Customers will be transitioned to the new service plans with updated billing starting August 1st, 2024. This transition will not affect daily operations or security. In 99% of cases, customers will experience enhanced security within their current service stack.
