As our MSSP focuses on managing customer infrastructure we are now moving to only offering Managed IT Packages for our customers. If you are a current customer with an A La Carte solution from us business will continue as normal, however new customers will no longer be offered these solutions.
Managed IT packages allow us to focus on making sure customers receive the best service and security needs from us. In this effort we bring you a single price that is focused on device and users for the organization. This simplification will also help us to train and manage our internal team more efficiently and effectively to improve customer satisfaction.
Some things that usual come with managed IT packages is what is called the price sticker shock. This shock is easy to understand, however it is easy to explain when many services are wrapped up into a few offered solutions instead of choosing from 100s of individual pieces.
